| How To Use | Swallow the tablet with a glass of water approximately 25–60 minutes before sexual activity when the 20 mg strength has been prescribed by your doctor. It may be taken with or without food, although a heavy or high-fat meal may delay its effect. Do not take more than one dose daily. Avoid grapefruit juice during treatment. |
| Warning | Do not use if you are allergic to vardenafil or any ingredient in the medicine. Do not take with nitrates, nitric oxide donors such as amyl nitrite, or riociguat because a dangerous drop in blood pressure may occur. Consult your doctor before use if you have heart disease, heart rhythm disorders, penile deformity, sickle cell disease, multiple myeloma, leukemia, stomach ulcers, or a bleeding disorder. Seek immediate medical attention for sudden vision loss or an erection that is prolonged or painful. Tell your doctor about all medicines you use, particularly alpha-blockers, medicines for heart rhythm disorders, certain antifungals, antibiotics, and HIV medicines.
