Fenadex 180 mg Tablets contain fexofenadine, an antihistamine used for the temporary relief of respiratory allergy symptoms such as runny nose, sneezing, itching of the nose or throat, and itchy or watery eyes.
Fenadex 180 mg Tablets contain fexofenadine, an antihistamine used to relieve symptoms associated with respiratory allergies, including hay fever and other allergic conditions affecting the respiratory system.
It helps relieve common allergy symptoms such as runny nose, sneezing, itching of the nose or throat, and watery or itchy eyes.
Fenadex should be taken with water. Fruit juices, particularly grapefruit juice, should be avoided around the time of administration because they may reduce the absorption of fexofenadine and decrease its effectiveness.

| How To Use | Take Fenadex with water. It may be taken with or without food. Avoid taking it with fruit juices, particularly grapefruit juice, as these may reduce the absorption and effectiveness of fexofenadine. If a dose is missed and the next dose is near, skip the missed dose and continue with the regular schedule. Do not take two doses together. |
| Warning | Do not use if you are allergic to fexofenadine or any ingredient in the medicine. Consult a doctor before use if you have kidney disease or are over 65 years of age. The 180 mg strength should not be used in children under 12 years. Tell your doctor or pharmacist about all medicines you use, particularly medicines that affect the nervous system, aluminium- or magnesium-containing antacids, monoamine oxidase inhibitors, and anticholinergic medicines. Avoid alcohol because it may increase central nervous system effects. Fexofenadine may interfere with some allergy test results; inform your doctor and laboratory staff before testing. |
