Doxydar 100 mg Capsules contain doxycycline, a tetracycline antibiotic used to treat a range of bacterial infections. | How To Use | Take exactly as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Swallow the capsule with a full glass of water. If stomach upset occurs, it may be taken with food. If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember unless it is nearly time for the next dose. Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed dose. |
| Warning | Not recommended for children younger than 8 years of age. Consult your doctor before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Doxycycline may increase sensitivity to sunlight and UV light. Inform your doctor if you have myasthenia gravis, liver or kidney problems, systemic lupus erythematosus, porphyria, or a history of severe diarrhea following prolonged antibiotic use. Prolonged use beyond the recommended duration may lead to a secondary infection. Seek medical attention if severe headache, vision changes, difficulty breathing, severe skin reactions, or other serious symptoms occur.
